Six steps to selling your property

Your free valuation
You can book a free valuation with your Local Expert, in person or virtually, at a time and date that suits you. All our valuation appointments are in line with government guidelines, but if you would like us to take any additional safety precautions, please just let us know.

Your valuation report
After we’ve conducted your valuation, you’ll get a full valuation report. This will include your property value, as well as all details discussed as part of your valuation.

Instruction
You can then instruct us to get your home on the market for a fixed fee. You can choose to pay upfront, or you can defer your payment for up to 10 months after you instruct.

Your advert
Upon instruction, we’ll create your advert. We’ll start by taking photos of your property at your photography appointment (while following government safety guidelines), we’ll then add floor plans and a well-crafted description. Your property will then be listed with our sister portals.

Manage your viewings
Virtual or in person viewings can be booked by your prospective buyers, and you can control the times you’re happy for them to happen by approving each one. You can also choose to handle the appointments yourself or allow us to do it for you.

Completing your sale
Your Local Expert will help handle negotiations. Once you’ve accepted an offer, our post-sales support team will contact your chosen surveyor and be on hand to assist with any questions.
